But then again Pope Francis does love the publicity of a photo op and a photo op is good for his image, and what better way to get the world to love you than with a tear jerking photo op with some unfortunate soul.

Yeah... much better to travel half way around the world making one convert with a photo op than to sit home and do God's will.
