No Pope, it's peace to men of good will not peace to every man! There are men of bad will out there - they do not receive the peace that only Christ can give:
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, do I give unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid.If men of bad will get any peace it is the peace that only the world can give, which is a false peace!
