Can you trust the 2%  figure coming from a lying pope?

Now what is the percentage of priest saying the OF mass?  Here in the USA it is 99.4%.

So the world wide percentage is probably the same. And if it follows that if the OF created the Sodomite clergy I would say that the percent of Sodomites in the clergy is far greater than 2%.
