DAVAO CITY—A squabble on social media with his daughter from a “failed” first marriage was among the reasons Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte gave on Monday for his resignation as the city’s second highest elected official Paolo, eldest son of President Duterte, also mentioned his being dragged into the smuggling of “shabu” (crystal meth) worth P6.4 billion at the Bureau of Customs (BOC).
